About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Olympic Dam team. Working an 8/6 roster (12 hour shifts), you will play a key role in supporting asset reliability, planning efficiency, and maintenance performance across our underground fleet.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing maintenance data, systems, and databases
  • Scheduling and planning maintenance activities
  • Submitting asset disposal requests, management of change, and CAPEX plant applications
  • Managing rotatable components and inventory requirements
  • Conducting failure analysis and providing recommendations to improve reliability

About You

You will thrive in this role if you possess:

  • A mechanical or electrical trade qualification or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
  • Experience with heavy mobile plant (preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • A valid manual driver’s licence
  • A proactive attitude aligned with Redpath’s motto: “Consider it done — safely.”
